I’ve had light intermittent cramps on my low right side, my right boob hurts very randomly and i am consistently thirsty.

I'm 4 weeks and 1 day today. I started feeling breast soreness in the deep tissue areas around 2 weeks. I didn't take a pregnancy test until week 3 and 1 day finding out I was pregnant.

I’ve had mild cramping since 6DPO. I tested on the day I missed my period and it was negative. That night my boobs starting getting sore. Got my positive this morning 17DPO.
