I know about Vitex and I can’t do that, but any others you’d recommend?

Anyone use metformin? I did that with my first baby and got pregnant before getting a period. I’d rather not go on that again though and do something more natural.

Btw, exclusively breastfeeding my 4 month old and don’t want to cut back. Still haven’t had a cycle back and want to jump start my period
