My MIL works at a furniture store and she has problems with costumers coming in last minute and staying for an hour or so. It’s almost every night I have to sit in the car till she is done(I’m her only ride). They use to close at 5pm but changed the schedule so they stay open till 7pm to give customers a little more time to come in but they are still showing up a few minutes before closing, even if the lights are off.

My question is “would you ask a customer to come back tomorrow, if they show up 2 minutes before closing?!” They don’t do that, they help them but I know it’s frustrating to everyone that works there.
