Hello,

This is my first month tracking temp. I am using the Ava Bracelet. I had a positive OPK on CD11 which was the 6th. My OPK remained very high for two days. On DPO I had a dip in temp, followed by a 1 degree rise followed by another temp dip. Does anyone know what two dips mean? I am concerned maybe I am not ovulating. I have had left sides pelvic pain for about a week which I thought might be due to ovulation.

Some background- I was on BC pills for 20 years. Got off and got pregnant the first month last fall. Had a miscarriage in November. Haven’t been able to conceive since. Concerned I have PCOS but unsure.
