One month old wont take bottle *Help

Since day one at the hospital she's never liked a pacifier or a bottle. Now that I'm going back to work in a month and half i tried giving her a bottle and she just wont take it. She will cry non stop, scream and spit out the milk. Even if the breastmilk I just put in is fresh she wont take it. As soon as i pull out the boob she goes right for it. I've bought different kinds of bottles. Avent, Dr. Brown, Tommee Tippy and Comotomo bottles. Use all slow flow nipples. I'm completely out of ideas. Can anyone help? Lol I wish I could stay home and breast feed but I cant afford it. :(
