I'm a hairdresser and coloured my hair plus was around colour/chemicals for the entirety of my first pregnancy and was totally fine. I also get my nails done every 3 weeks with no dramas.
If your worried just stick to highlights or balayage so steering clear of on scalp bleaching, and opt for semi permanent tints as aposed to permanent.
