Fussy baby

My LO is sooo fussy!! He is fussy everyday all day unless he’s sleeping and sometimes even then he wakes up for a second and fusses then goes back to sleep. It’s exhausting I make sure he’s fed and changed but he still isn’t happy. I try cuddling him or leaving him alone but he still acts crazy. I can’t do anything if I try putting him down to wash his bottles or try cooking he screams and if I try to finish without picking him up he starts full on crying. I don’t know what to do anymore I don’t know what’s wrong with him. I just want a happy baby!!
