Twins???

Hiya!!!
Im 6w4d today... because I’m relatively young (31) my GP won’t send me for an ultrasound until 12 weeks.
Anyone else have the feeling they’re pregnant with twins???? I can’t shake it! Anyone else had the feeling and been right? 
I already feel like I’m showing (whether that’s bloat though I don’t know), I’m so much more tired than with my first daughter, and I started having N&V at 4 weeks! My mother had a twin who died at birth so it is possible...

I tested positive 7 days after ovulation! I have a really really strong feeling I’m having twins! My mom said something last week that if I get pregnant she thinks it will be twins & I was pregnant when she said it! 
& before we started trying my dad told me when you going to have those babies, I said babies he said yea you gunna have twin girls

Anythings possible! I'm 4 weeks with baby #5 but I honestly think it's actually #5 & #6!! I had pregnancy symptoms from the start, it's why I tested so early, but never felt any different until I was at least 6 weeks with all of the others.

Also had the same feeling since before I found out I was pregnant. We went in for our first ultrasound at 4w6d and didn’t see anything at first. Then they found a sac. They also told me I had 2 corpus lutheum meaning I released 2 eggs. I still left thinking next US will prove me right and my DH wrong. He’s sure there’s only one baby and it’s a boy 🤣
