Morning after pill

So I took the morning after pill (Levonorgestrel) on the 2nd of March. Today I’ve had some spotting, it’s starting to get a little heavier but still only when wiping (sorry tmi) and my period isn’t due for another 9 days. I’m just concerned because my periods are near enough always EXACTLY on time. Has anyone got experiences they can share? TIA x
