I am 4w4d , I have not been to the doctors yet but I want to start taking them . what do you guys recommend are the best prenatals ? That have all the nutrients I need &’ don’t taste bad and make you sick ?? 😬😬

My doctor said it doesn’t really matter what brand, just make sure it’s got over 400mg of folic acid and all the other stuff you need (quick google will tell you). And just make sure you take it every day, whether that means a gummy or a pill for you! I personally had to put a reminder every day on my phone which is annoying but it works!

I love the rainbow light prenatal one plus. I took these before and while trying to conceive and will continue. They help with my energy levels and I feel like they help improve my mood. Kind of expensive but I am going back to these after I get done taking another brand I bought (one a day women’s) I just prefer the rainbow light way better. The rainbow light also has inositol in it (only 10mg) which is proven to help with anxiety/depression and so fourth. Dr. Recommend.

Get an organic vegan kind at the health food store! Don’t mess with anything other! Get omega 3 with DHA and take an additional vit d supplement. 💖
