LDR how often do you communicate?

I’m in an LDR and I just wanted to know how often should I communicate. It’s been a month. Is it bad to want to talk to them everyday?

Everyday throughout the day and then call or FaceTime every night

I’m not in a LDR now, but when I used to be, we spoke everyday but some days it was proper conversations and other days it was more tagging each other in memes and sending each other pictures of food 😂😂

We talk every day, at least once but a lot of days twice. Even if you can only swing twenty minutes here and there it's worth it.
