31w4d and unable to sleep. Who else?!

32 weeks tomorrow and yep... been my reality for a while. But it definitely feels worse the last month or so. Any time I have to change position I have to wake up and do it carefully due to SPD and it’s just hard to move such a giant belly from one side to the other lol!

I latterly was balling last night I was in so much pain body aches and couldn’t get comfy

I slept on the couch last night with my pregnancy pillow and it was the best sleep I’ve had in weeks

So uncomfortable, weird dreams and tossing and turning all night 😣

Made the mistake of sleeping with minimal incline and woke up with my mouth full of vomit. Twice.  Not nauseous, just reflux ☹️
Coughing and spitting for hours, slept rest of night in recliner only to have awful sore throat, stuffy nose and swollen feet today 😬

For the past couple weeks I have been waking up every 2-3 hours to pee at night!! Sucks!!
