3 month sleep changes??

My little one just turned 3 months and she’s totally lost the ability to sleep alone 😭 she was in her crib (in our room) nearly the entire night. Now she’s in bed with me and I’m getting the worst sleep of my life. We were getting pinger stretches (4-5hrs) with the Ollie swaddle but now she’s nearly rolling over so it’s not safe to swaddle her anymore. She wants to eat absolutely nonstop but fussed at the nipple like crazy. I feel like I might lose my mind...please tell me this is temporary
