The Implant Disaster

So I been on the implant for about a year. An it's the worse birth control ever for me. My periods use to be once a month for 4 days, mostly 7 days and that's it.

On this Implant, I would not have a period for a MONTH but that was RARE but the next month I would have it FOR THE WHOLE MONTH. Or on the normal occasions when I didnt skip a month, I'll have a 14 day period.

I'm on one of those whole month periods right now and still on the implant. I hate it and Im Fed up. I'm getting it removed Friday.

MY QUESTION:

Will my period stop? Or will it finish out this long month cycle first? Since it isnt my usual period (only 7 days) idk if my period with automatically snap back?
