PLEASE HELP

Jan 2019- 155 lbs, feb 2019 i went through a stage where the thought of eating made me physically sick 134 lbs, March 2019- 167 lbs. I’m trying to reduce bloat and get down to about 125 (ik i shouldn’t focus on a number, but a look). How can i reduce bloat, lose weight, work out more efficiently, eat better, and have the stick to it mentality? PLEASE COMMENT ALL YOUR WEIGHT LOSS TIPS!

I’ve reached the point where I HATE looking at myself but for some reason i can’t stick to the change😩
