Soo I’ve taken an early pregnancy test and it should be pretty accurate with the first morning urin 4 days before period and anytime once your period is late. My period supposed to come today and it didn’t but my pregnancy test with my first urin in the morning was negative. Is there still a chance that I’m pregnant? How accurate do you think the test is?

The test I took was 10 miu test.
