Why do I feel this iui didn’t work

I’m 3 days past iui. My first iui in December worked but lost my babe at 8 weeks. This is my second iui and we didn’t do it at the 32 hr mark because they weren’t open on Sundays. So we did it at 18 hrs and I just feel like in my mind this didn’t work. Since it wasn’t the same exact way that got us pregnant. We had two mature follicles so praying with every little hope that one got it. 🌈😔💕
