Is it possible to have endometriosis if my estrogen and progesterone levels are perfect? I’ve always heard endo is an estrogen dominant condition. I don’t have estrogen dominance or overly high estrogen (confirmed by blood test). I also have good ovarian reserve per an AMH/FSH test. I had an ultrasound last month that showed my uterus looked perfect, and the doctor could tell I ovulated at the same time I had a positive OPK (CD14). I don’t have many endo symptoms, but I’ve been trying for 9 months and never have had a positive pregnancy test. My period comes exactly every 28 days. I’m only 25 years old. Hubby has been tested too and has no issues. Why can’t we conceive? 😢
