Anyone know how to begin workout routines?

I just started beginning my exercise routines. I am 380lbs. I walk on the treadmill for 30 min, do 20 arm reps just something for my arms, and then 50 steps on the stairs. Is this good enough? How do I slowly increase things and when? I dont want to over do it or get sick of it. I do enjoy what i am doing right now and it feels good. I changed my diet too. I hope 2019 will be my year to change my life!!
