I had my daughter weeks early unexpectedly so I got behind on rent and now since I’m not working I’m going to be evicted. My landlord wouldn’t give me time to get assistance so I have no choose but to leave. Anyways, I finally got the court date papers. Anyone know what will happen during court? I’m in Missouri is that helps any. I have no problem making payments towards what I owe I just couldn’t pay it all at once. How long after court do they give you to move out?
