I really think I'm pregnant this time. I've been totally off, dizzy and light headed, constipated and gassy, nauseous and motion sick, moody, sore breasts, and my period is 6 days late.

Well I started bleeding this morning. I've got kind of a sharp pain in my right ovary, which is polycystic, but I'm not hurting anywhere else. I've had this pad on since 9 and its 2 now honestly, I probably would've had to change a pantyliner by now, but what I have on is not even 30% full.

My gma had period like bleeding for the first 5 months of her pregnancy with my aunt and didn't even know for sure she was pregnant until she demanded a blood test at 3 months.

I thought I got a faint positive last night and like I said I'm really feeling different this time around. I have a blood test scheduled for 4:15 today at my OB and now idk if I should even go and embarrass myself. :/

Should I still go to the appt?
