AF cramps please help
Does anyone have any tips on menstrual cramps I’ve been TTC since January not a long time but prior to I was with no AF for 3 years due to unbearable stomach cramps and of course they are back and worse than ever I’ve tried Tylenol and ibuprofen and heating pad non work also my cramps last until I’m off of AF
