On my last few days of my period my coochie always tends to get irritated from my pads and makes my vagina feel dry even after my period.. am I the only one that experiences this? Or is this not normal?

If y’all have any advice to give me on how to get rid of this dryness or recommend a moisturizer that’s safe/natural for my coochie it’ll be greatly appreciated. (FYI) the dryness / irritation goes away after a day or two after my period has ended and I go back to my normal underwear.

Try a menstrual cup. Just got one, I love it!

I used to suffer A LOT from this, but for the past couple of months I started using some organic pads and it completely stopped. For me it might have been the plastic in pads or some other component. Maybe try that. They are a little bit more expensive where I live, but honestly worth it, it would get REALLY uncomfortable.

I use coconut oil and it helps. Use it right out of the shower and leave it on all night

Take some probiotics. Wearing products for our periods can mess with the ph balance down there and that's likely what is causing your issue.

Get a menstrual cup. 100000 times better than pads or tampons.
