Does this looks normal?

They couldn’t tell me anything not even if the heart looked normal at the office because she was just an ultrasound tech and didn’t want to tell me wrong, FTM and scared to death because my cousins baby was born with a heart defect. Also how does a marker look for Down syndrome?

The doctor is the only one who can tell you things like abnormalities. But unless they called the doctor in(NC something looked off) I wouldnt worry. Babies look freaking weird at this stage

Marker is on the back of the neck at aroud 10-14 weeks for down, however u  get a blood test too.
Did u see a little pukse/flash in the middle of ur baby when at the scan?
If u have family history of anything don't be afraid to talk to ur midwife
