Starting Birth Control

So I got my bc today in the mail and I’d like to start as soon as possible..like today preferably. But it’s a Tuesday and the 12th. This may be a dumb question but am I ok to start my first “Sunday” pill today? I don’t want to mess anything up with this lol.
