Lo Loestrin Fe and Side Effects

I just started Lo Loestrin Fe and I’m wondering if the side effects ever go away? For example, I’m breaking out and I’m eating so much more than I normally do. What are other peoples experiences on this drug? Will these side effects go away after the first few months?
