I got off the pill about a month ago and started on prenatals. I'm due for my period next week. But right now I have very sore nipples and having very bad vaginal cramps. Nipple soreness started about 3 days ago and the vaginal cramps started a few hours ago. Is this a side effect of going off the pill and starting prenatal? Is this normal signs of getting ready to start a period? (I've been on the pill a few months after I started my period and idk what's normal).
