I have Severe Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Complex PTSD, which gets so much harder to maintain while pregnant. (I'm 10 weeks). Cats have ALWAYS been a huge aid to my panic attacks and mood stabilizing. I lost my beloved Minnie in August last year and have waited until now to get a new fur baby.

I already feel so much calmer I could cry while she sleeps on my chest. Welcoming this lovely little creature to our family!!!(:
