I dont want to cheat....

Me and hubby had been having problems for quite some time. We called it quits months ago but he hasnt moved out due to finances, our daughter and so on. No intimacy for a long time now. He always says he will leave but never does (we live in "my" place, the apt I had since before we met). Im in no rush to be intimate with another person but wonder how long I should wait before I move on. If I move on while he is still living here would I be cheating? At some point I would like to be intimate with someone else.
