Not wanting to go to a certain place for a date?

So I’ve been talking to this guy for a while and he wants to take me to an arcade/games type of place. He’s 23 and I’m 21. It will be my first time going out with him and meeting him. I’m really not a video game/flashy lights/loud kids loud music type of person. The arcade he’s wanting to go to always has a bunch of kids/teenagers. It’s kind of like Chuck E Cheese in a way but it has laser tag. I just don’t think I would enjoy going to somewhere like that? I’m not bashing anyone but I feel like first off, an arcade is not really a good place to get to know someone considering it’s going to be loud with a bunch of kids running around, secondly we’re both in our 20s so going to an arcade for a first date seems pretty immature in my opinion (not bashing anyone’s personal taste, this is just my opinion.) I want to do something we both can enjoy because I really don’t see myself enjoying myself there. Does anyone have any suggestions of more of a low key place, I suggested going to the bar but he shot that down, I also suggested the movies he doesn’t want to go there either. Do you think money could be an issue also and that’s why because each game is like 25 cents? Am I messed up for thinking like this?
