Any Advice
I just recently found out I’m pregnant which I’m so excited!!!.... But lately throughout the day I don’t feel as if I’m really hungry because I eat throughout the day...( like little snacks) However after dinner and food settled and I’m asleep...around 12-2am I GET MADDDDD HUNGRY AS IF IM STARVING!!! I get up and eat but it messes up my sleep. How can I prevent this? Any suggestions?...
