Did you try nipple stimulation to induce labor? If so did it work?

I dont want any judgemental comments or anything. This is simply out of curiosity as im  38weeks and wont even be trying anything and if i do it will not be until im past my due date.

It did for me, brung on really intense contractions within 10 mins, I had too do it 3 times. 20 mins at a time x

So I may or may not have idk? So there's a but more to it, I beliebe I developed gestational diabetes right near the end as I couldn't control my weight. Then I began having signs of pre e. However also during this same time my sex drive went into override and all I wanted was sex and my nipple stimulated the whole time. Ended up giving birth at exactly 37 weeks, woke up to my water breaking. I remember one sharp painful cramp that took my breath away the night before after having sex and nipple stimulation so honestly it could have been a mix of things but I wasn't trying to self induce

I took a hot bath while doing so then had sex after the bath. Went into labor that night around 5 pm and went to the hospital at 7 and was admitted.

If you have any kind of risk factors, it’s contraindicated (like previous c-section). I had my membranes stripped at 40 + 1 and went into labor that same evening... might be another option if you go late.
