Does anyone else deal with this? I will have just started saying something and he'll cut me off and start telling me about a completely different topic. And he'll never go back and ask me what I was about to say before he interrupted me. It makes me feel unimportant, like he doesn't value what I have to say. I don't think it's a conscious thing on his part, because when I bring it up he seems genuinely apologetic and says he cares about what I was saying. I just wish it didn't happen so freaking often, because I feel like I'm being too sensitive if I mention it to him every time it happens (usually multiple times a day). He'll make fun of me for being bad at telling stories, but honestly half the time it's because I'm trying to rush through the story to keep his attention long enough that he won't get bored and cut me off. Does anyone have any advice? In general he is a very sweet and loving boyfriend.
