When to start setting up the nursery

I am 23 weeks Saturday and idk if I need to start now or after my baby shower at 33 weeks

We are having baby #5 due Sept 2nd. Boy 1 is getting his own room, in basement whenever my father in law starts on it...no one knows about baby yet, so hoping he will finish during the summer. Boys 3 & 4 will share in what is currently the playroom. Girl will move into where Boy 1 currently is so baby can go in girls current bedroom. LOL WHO FOLLOWED ALL THAT?!!
My only goal is to have the bassinet set up in our room! 😂

I’m 25 weeks and started putting up a few bits last weekend and now I love going in and just sitting in there. It still has some things to be done but it feels so much more real having an actual room. I’ve even found my husband in there just sitting and taking it all in ❤️ I’d say do what you can, when you can. There’s no harm in doing it now or waiting. Just enjoy 😊

I’m 23 weeks but we close on our new house April 25th so I’ll be nursery decorating as soon as it’s painted! I wish I had a space to decorate now though!!

I had ours finished by 20 weeks but I knew I wanted to buy all the nursery stuff and put the rest (car seat, bassinet, stroller, etc) on the registry.
