Last night my husband and I attended our birth class with our team of midwives. We are having a home birth and I am 36 w 5d pregnant with our second daughter. As we went through the photos and videos showing what happens to your body during labor and birth we got to a video of a woman giving birth and holding her child for the first time. Now, in my head I'm going through remembering and trying to mentally prepare for what to expect for the next birth. After class my husband leans over and tells me the class made him very emotional and that he nearly started to cry, remembering how he felt right after our daughter Olivia was born.

I love how much my husband loves our family.
