Cassidy as her first name?♥️

My man is half Cuban and Irish and wants to put this as her first name to include with his culture which is Cassidy as an Irish name. What do you guys think?

I'm not a fan of it myself. Is there a reason he chose it, or did he just pick it from a list of names that have some connection to Ireland? It's an anglicization of an Irish surname, not a name typically given to babies in Ireland. So I don't know. Unless it was his ancestors' surname then it doesn't seem super meaningful, in my opinion.
