Feeling cheated!

So for nearly a year I've been using cheapy opks, this month I buy the clear blue advanced and I've had my flashing and now solid smileys so going to ovulate soon, done a cheapy opk and it's not positive, I feel like I've been cheated by these cheap ones and I've been missing it all along as waited for the cheapies🙈🙈

Has anyone had this experience?
