I think I’m around 5 wks and 5 days. I went to the er a little over a week ago for pain. Ended up finding out I have a bladder infection. They did an ultrasound but at that time I was maybe barely 4 wks so they didn’t see anything but blood and urine are positive for pregnancy.. any who I know with my son I was hungry constantly even from early on. I do have nausea with this one that comes and goes but I’ve also experienced shortness of breath. Anyone else? I know it’s more common in the 2nd trimester but I’m not that far yet. It’s allergy season here also and it’s been really bad so I don’t know if that has something to do with it.
