Do you think this caused it

My doctor said there is no way that me exercising how i normally do would effect me having a miscarriage. I can’t help to think it did i don’t know... i just don’t want to make the same mistake when we get pregnant again

The logical answer is NO. But I understand why you feel that way. I did my usual weighted workout and felt a small pain around my ovary during it. I cramped off and on all day (not abnormal, I cramp a lot with pregnancy), spotted that evening and then miscarried the following morning. I’m very active (yoga 4x a week, lift weights 4x and do HIIT) so it was truly nothing outside the norm for me. But I always go back in my mind to “if I didn’t exercise” that day...... my dr said the same thing, it absolutely did not cause it. Logically I know this, but still, my thoughts wander to it. I’m sorry for your loss.

I work in a gym and I'm a personal trainer. I miscarried last year and I'm currently 4 weeks and my doc gave me a letter for work, I'm not to lift anything or push pull anything until 12 weeks and the pregnancy is more established, she wanted to put me on bedrest but I told her I had to work, so she gave me a cert to say I had a injury and it'll be reviewed in a few weeks. She said that when it's not completely established or attached it can detach and turn into a miscarriage

Exercise is good! And even now my dr said high intensity and weights are Ok. Most often miscarriage happens bc things aren’t quite right nothing you can do!
