girl once you find something that works, please let me know 😂😅 lol most of the natural induction methods dont really work.. I think the most legit sounding one is nipple stimulation since it does make your uterus contract a bit but that's pretty much it.. unfortunately theres nothing we can do until our bodies and babies are ready 😭

I can give you the long list of things I've done and hasnt worked....
Walking, bouncing on an exercise ball, sex, raspberry leaf tea, ginger root tea, mac n cheese with a1, nipple stimulation, fresh pineapple, dancing
I was 2cm, posterior cervix and 100% effaced on March 4th...did all these and only went up to 3cm and anterior cervix by March 11th. So all they have done was help barley move things along. I'm definitely certain baby will come when baby and your body is ready and that most of these things do not work. Most of the time they do "work" it seems that it's because our body and baby were ready at that moment not because they actually did work.

I don’t know if it’s just coincidence but since 36 weeks my little one has not dropped. I started doing squats and at my 39 w appt yesterday my doctor felt her head :,) so it should be soon ??? 😭😭😭

Sex is another one of the ones that actually helps (in addition to nipple stimulation). The prostaglandins in semen help ripen the cervix. But ultimately these things just help along the process when you and baby are ready. Good luck, it will be here soon regardless!
