Nappy Changing

Hey girls. So my 11 week old son barely wakes up when we get up for feeds during the night. Pretty much keeps his eyes shut the whole time and goes straight back down. Usually wakes up around 4-5am though, and then will go back to sleep for 30min-1hr and I will usually change his nappy then. Other than that I don’t change it during the night, as he wakes up and I find it hard to get him back to sleep. Is this okay? Or should I be changing it anyway?
