Short, late period after stopping BC

I took my last progesterone only bc on 2/10. Last period ended at least a few days before that.

I woke up at some point early Monday morning with cramps and in the morning when I got up I had blood that seemed clotted but was hard to tell because there was also thick, egg like kind of discharge. Expected heavier bleeding, which is normal for me but it was more moderate to mild and was gone by last night. I still feel like I have some cramping in my lower back but no more bleeding. Last week I also had been nauseous a lot but got a negative test so I’m thinking not pregnant.

I want to see if anyone has had similar periods after stopping progesterone bc and if this messed with cycle and ovulation. Any tips would be great. This is our first try so I am new to all of this :)
