Hormonal levels results... concern for PCOS or no?

My hormonal levels came
back today... My FSH is 3.7mlU/ml & my LH level is 7.5.. Taken on CD 11.. Dr said it’s normal and she cannot diagnose me with PCOS. I had an ultrasound sound October 17,2018 and the radiologist said i had “multiple follicles recommend for PCOS”

LH TO FSH RATIO IS USUALLY MESSED UP WITH PCOS, while your numbers are in normal range, look more into the ratios. Yours fit the bill. LH to fsh is usually 2:1 or 3:1

I have PCOS and the only thing besides the US showing proof is elevated testosterone my FSH and LH are fine
I suggest to have those labs done
Or a second opinion. I had a second doctor evaluate me before coming to the conclusion of having PCOS
