So I'm 38 weeks and was in tears by the end of my doctors appointment today, after the excrutiating pain of getting my cervix checked they told me I'm dilated MAYBE half a centimeter... Im getting a membrane sweep next week was wondering what some of yalls methods were on dilating your cervix a bit. I cant have sex unfortunatly cuz it hurts so much to put anything into my vagina. Ive tried walking and i tried spicy food and I tried pineapple. And I'm not trying to be rude but I'm just so tired of hearing the same thing so please dont tell me to be patient or baby will be here soon, ive already heard it. I'm exhausted and uncomfortable and im just so done with it.
