As of current every state has different time limits on how long a person has to report a sexually based crime against someone, some states have no limit on how long a person could wait and some states have a short time span to report the crime against them.

Do you think there should be a uniform mandated time span amongst all 50 states? If so, what do you think an appropriate amount of time would be for someone to report a sexually based crime?
