Restrict activity after D/E...my doctor lied. Should have listened to my instincts
When I tell you I'm in so much pain without medication now. . I was fine Saturday, Monday, and Sunday.. then I went walking Tuesday and resumed regular activities and yes......let's just say. I should have sat my ass down.
