Yeast Infection

Yeast infection or what.

My vagina was feeling fine before we had sex. We had kinda rough sex then after it was kinda swollen so I thought it was gonna go down but now it’s literally itching. No discharge but around my vulva is brighten red. What makes it worst I started my period to. Is this a sign of a yeast infection? Like I said no discharge and it’s still swollen
