Didn’t get my period /confused

So last month I didn’t get my normal period, I started spotting which was light brown on 2/6 then the spotting stopped on 2/10. Then I noticed I was spotting again after sex. Pinkish blood)This time I spotted until 2/19. This is not normal for me as I always have a flow. Now we enter March and my period was expected 3/6. No period. I have been getting a lot of headaches, chills, body feels like I have a fever and nausea. I have not taken a test as I am super nervous. When I used the rest room this evening I noticed a dab of light spotting. TMI I attached a pic. Can someone please help, as I am confused.
