Tampons, pads OR cups?

Just wondering what the census is now a days since the cup has been on the radar hot and heavey lately🤷🏽‍♀️😁

I use tampons but just got the diva cup. I’m nervous and excited to try it!

I’ve only ever used tampons or pads.... but quite keep to try the cup...

I only use my cup...best decision I ever made switching to that!! I’ve been using it for a year now!! When it’s not my cycle I keep it in my purse because mine came with a cute little bag but, that way I have it at al times if I’m out and AF visits.

I use a cup mostly. Sometimes I get super sore during my period and I can't stand to put a cup in so I'll use pads.
