Acne or sensitive skin wash your blankets a pillows should help and wash your face and try to use  witch hazel

It's just acne! No worries. Be grateful it's only that much been struggling a lot with mine ^^

It’s acne. Use witch hazel as someone else suggested. You can get it at Walmart. I attached a picture of what I use and it helps my skin pretty well. Although, I do have eczema, nothing will be 100% for me, but my skin is much clearer with it than without.
